Pascal Hansens

Journalist for "Secrets of the Council" project, Brussels

Pascal Hansens studied at the Institut des Sciences Politiques Strasbourg with a specialisation in European affairs and Franco-German relations and at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Européennes in Strasbourg. He has been a journalist for eight years, working mainly for Agence Europe, an agency with a focus on the political and institutional news of the European Union. He specialises in the legislative monitoring of several sectoral policies, ranging from social policies to industrial and space issues, as well as regional policy. He lectures in Brussels at IHECS, the Institute for Advanced European Studies in Social Communications, on EU industrial and social policy.
