Why is there no price-aggregating website for international trains in Europe? And why is it almost impossible to buy a single ticket for a cross-border train trip? For a consumer, it is still much easier to buy a plane ticket than a train ticket. And European governments, influenced by their former train monopolies, are making sure that it stays that way.
