In the third episode of our podcast, IE reporter Paulo Pena joins host Oliver Moldenhauer, to discuss our ongoing investigation about the Council of the EU.

They talk about piecing together the puzzle of the indefinitely-delated ‘Country by Country Reporting’ (CBCR) directive in the Council. This effort to provide more transparency about tax havens in Europe is stalled by member states who struck up informal deals and agreements.
